Vielleicht können Sie nur hier in San Giovanni die Atmosphäre des Glaubens und des Gebets spüren ... in dieser alten Kirche nahm der heilige Padre Pio die Beichte ab ... dort ist sein Altar, sein Beichtstuhl. Die Basilika nebenan ist etwas ganz anderes, so weltlich, ein bisschen protzig, und der moderne Saal darunter ... oh mein Gott.
