A pretty church, situated slightly above the village center of Root. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful emerald-green marble elements and the well-maintained cemetery with its wonderfully landscaped flowerbeds. During the Christmas season, several illuminated fir trees and nativity figures add to the festive atmosphere.
