Chiesa di S. Carlo Borromeo : Via Nassa 26, 6900 Lugano

Intimate and gorgeous little church on the High street. Visited just before Christmas and they had beautiful chanting and music piped into the church- accentuated the feeling of serenity I felt when I crossed the threshold. Very peaceful.

This church looks nothing like a church from the outside, only the ornate feature over the door way gives something away, that inside could be interesting, set in one of the busiest streets in Lugano, step in and have a look.

U can find peace in here, the holy atmosphere would keep your eyes open.
