Special! So special 🙏 …
A small baroque church next to the military museum. It was built in 1674 right next to the San Francisco convent before it was moved to the Santa Margarita neighborhood. A curious feature of this church is that during the celebration of San Antonio Abad on January 17th every year, all the animals are blessed.
This secular church is an old stone building with a very old altarpiece and images. It celebrates Saint Jude Thaddeus, the Virgin of the Rosary, Candlemas, and Holy Week, with all those present participating. It is located next to the Military Museum and the Abente y Lago Hospital.
