The Church of Santa Maria de Tomiño is the greatest example of Romanesque architecture in the municipality of Tomiño and, in general, in the southern province of Pontevedra. This church is the only remaining part of an old Benedictine monastery built in the 12th century and is particularly notable for its magnificent façade.
