Ziga/Ciga has had a church dedicated to Saint Lawrence since medieval times. It is known as the Baztán/Bidasoa Cathedral. It is a must-see in the area and is also located in one of the Valley's most beautiful villages.

Located in the heart of the Baztan valley, in the village of Ziga, peaceful and spectacular, its houses, its views and its silence broken only by the song of the birds.

One of the beautiful churches in Baztan. A pretty village with sturdy houses. Unfortunately, like the vast majority of its counterparts, it was closed. A shame for tourists; the altarpiece looks magnificent.
