Iglesia de San Esteban Protomártir : Calle Iglesia, 14-16, 09142 Moradillo de Sedano, Burgos, Spain

Dating from 1188, it is considered one of the jewels of Burgos Romanesque architecture. It has a single nave, and its most outstanding feature is its magnificent portal, adorned with a rich iconographic repertoire, with Silos influences, in which the representation of the Pantocrator surrounded by angels and prophets stands out.

A well-preserved 12th-century Romanesque church. We're not giving it 5 stars because we couldn't see the interior; it has limited opening hours on Saturdays and Sundays, and you have to contact the parish priest.

A Romanesque church in good condition nestled in a natural setting of gorges and valleys in northern Burgos. It features a beautiful garden, which is a source of appreciation for the person who cares for it.
