We were unable to see the interior of this 12th-century parish church, as it was closed. The church is located in the center of the town, next to the Aragón River. It was built in different stages using rubblework and ashlar masonry on the sides. Its octagonal bell tower is a prominent feature of the exterior.
A 16th-century church built in this spot very close to a river and this small town of Canfranc, the old town, as they say here, if you haven't seen the chickens, you haven't been to Canfranc.
