Ermita de la Virgen de la Huerta
Av. Valencia, 17, 46140 Ademuz, Valencia, Spain
Ermita de la Virgen de la Huerta is a chapel located in Ademuz.
The Hermitage of Our Lady of the Huerta is the oldest preserved building in Ademuz. It is also one of the few Romanesque churches found in the province of Valencia, although there are a good number of Romanesque portals scattered throughout …
One of the few, if not the only, Romanesque-style buildings in the Valencian Community. Built during the reign of King James I, years before the conquest of the city of Valencia. It should be declared a National Monument. It's difficult to visit. It's one of those buildings that should be valued and turned into a tourist attraction.
The heritage of the Rincón de Ademuz region is well worth a visit...
