A Catholic convent dedicated to Joseph of Nazareth. Built in the 16th century in the Baroque style of brick with a stone base. The church's most striking feature is its white limestone portal, topped with a niche containing an image of Saint Joseph and flanked by the coats of arms of the convent's founders, Frías and Mendoza.
A beautiful convent, lovely and well-maintained inside, where the bodies of three nuns murdered during the Spanish Civil War are preserved. The cloistered nuns are very attentive and kind, selling souvenirs of the martyrs at the turnstile. …
A charming convent, and its community of faithful Discalced Carmelite nuns. The blessed martyrs of this convent during the war are here. May God grant them many vocations and the prompt canonization of the blessed.
