Despite the photos available, I found only the empty buildings of the old military barracks. The entrance was locked, and no one was there. Perhaps some work is underway to create a temple, but for now there's nothing to visit.

It's awful on Sundays; we have to walk with the baby stroller on the avenue because everyone who goes there parks their cars on the sidewalk, showing no respect. That's unacceptable! I think it's disrespectful.
