I'm not a preacher, the parish priest wasn't born for this, lay people are what they are. The church is spectacular inside. Worth visiting for that reason alone. A church from the period following the Portuguese discoveries, with a gilded altarpiece. Beautiful. From the outside it goes unnoticed.
