A church that at first glance seems like just another one, but once inside it pleasantly surprises you, especially because of the tiles that decorate the main altar—a marvel. The photos are from 2014.
LA NENA VIAJERA
A small, classic Azorean church. A particularly interesting feature is the numbered ceramic panels (1 to 12) forming a fresco of the Stations of the Cross and the Crucifixion on the interior walls of the church. Taking a look is well worth the time.
