The chapel is located in the Płock Orthodox cemetery at 25 Norbertańska Street. Built in 1870 and consecrated on October 17, 1871, it is built on a Greek cross plan, constructed of brick, with a single dome. Inside, there is a single-row wooden iconostasis.
