Even though it is a small provincial cultural center, it is a place with soul, and Lech Dybik's concert with songs by Volodya Vysotsky is first-class.

I do not recommend anyone contacting Director M. Kusiakiewicz. He is not the right person for this position. He is very unpleasant, even vulgar. I do not recommend avoiding Rdza.
