The sanctuary is one of many where the Blessed Virgin Mary is venerated, here the Mother of Hope, and attracts pilgrims. It's a picturesque hill on the outskirts of town. Wide steps lead to the top. The church (currently undergoing exterior renovation) and the monastery buildings stand out. A visit to Sierpc is a must—it's well worth it.
