The church building, over 100 years old, is monumental, with interesting neo-Gothic architecture. It was partially destroyed by the Nazis during World War II, when the two main towers were destroyed. They were rebuilt after the war.

We arrived at the church right after the funeral. There's probably always an opportunity to pray before the Blessed Sacrament. You can also leave a note with requests and thanks. It was truly a wonderful experience. A beautiful church with a very atmospheric setting.
