The Chapel of St. Nepomuk is located in the central part of the town of Kromołów. Although the building isn't architecturally impressive, it is interesting in that a spring of water flows from beneath it, officially recognized as the headwaters of the Warta River.

The chapel is unfortunately closed, but through the windows you can see what it looks like inside. Next to it is the source of the Warta River, and next to it is a plaque describing the historical history of this place.
