Built in the early 14th century, the church was first mentioned in documents in 1376. It has undergone numerous renovations. In the early 21st century, the interior and exterior were renovated, the roof was replaced, and the stone fence was removed. It is currently a branch church of the parish in Nowe Miasteczko.
