The church is tiny, one of the smallest I've visited on the trail around Zielonka Forest. The bell tower is a separate structural element. I'm not sure if it's in use; it was closed when I was there.

There was literally only one person at Mass. The lady was incredibly kind. Thanks to her, we also managed to talk to the priest, who was very kind and willing to tell us about the place and the surrounding area. It's a very beautiful church. Worth seeing.
