The church was damaged in 1964 by a military vehicle carrying Soviet soldiers. In 1965, the ruins of the church were demolished.

The church was demolished very well, but it is sad that the government did not follow up and did not take away other churches in Poland, and the most stupid thing now is that they are building churches, all churches in Poland should be destroyed
