This is the old Parish Church of San Bonifacio, thought to date back to the 10th century. Angelo Corazza's book, on sale in the sacristy of the new Parish Church for €8, says that the most interesting part remains the depiction of the Madonna della Rondine: a jewel of late Gothic painting on the right side of the apse.
