Beautiful church and lively and vibrant community

The church is ugly and bare, like all modern churches (misery loves company). The parish priest is a peculiar character, sometimes reminding me of the character from the French film "The Missionary." The parishioner's attendance is excellent, which is not a given these days. The choir is also doing well, well done!

I went to the Church of the Holy Spirit to pay my condolences to a colleague. I'm not a practicing Catholic, but I must say the building was well designed to accommodate practicing Catholics. The funeral was conducted with respect for the deceased and his family. The parish priest struck me as a kind and helpful person.
