Majestic and captivating... architecturally spectacular, unlike any other sanctuaries I've visited so far. Canova's work lives up to its name... inside, the dome keeps you staring up for a long time. I couldn't find a single identical tile, as long as I could see it. A monumental work that leaves you breathless.

Just over an hour from home, this small sanctuary nestled in the mountains. A quiet, cool, and restful place. The sanctuary is a gem! Worth seeing. From here, you can continue to other destinations, such as the Monte Grappa Ossuary.
