Great building in a beautiful place

The parish church was recently restored to excellent condition. The frescoes have been brought back to life, having previously been almost black and illegible due to dirt and soot. The restoration took about two years but was rewarding.

The church, which is Gothic on the outside, was decorated internally in typical German Baroque style, but the frescoes are of excellent workmanship. The organ is beautiful, as is a crucifix and a statue of the Pietà at the entrance.
