Unfortunately closed when I visited (despite it being during opening hours!), so I only saw the outside. But a lovely little church in which Giuseppe Sarto was baptised and who later became Pope Saint Pius X.

The parish church, dedicated to Saint Matthew, was built in the eighteenth century based on a design by Paduan Andrea Zorzi. It was in this church that Pius X received his first sacraments, as evidenced by the inscription on the baptismal font, and he celebrated his first Mass there the day after his ordination as a priest.
