At the detour of a walk in the centro storico of Avigliana, I admired the oldest church in the city, once a pieve de castello under the canonici of San Lorenzo di Oulx. A living testament to the medieval and Gothic era, it stands majestically with its bell tower decorated with polychrome ceramics.
