Magnificent and rare example of a Romanesque church almost perfectly preserved! The frescoes date back to around 1460/1490 and are mostly very well preserved, especially the one that adorns the apse. If you pass through Arona, a few minutes from here, stop by to be amazed by such beauty! I highly recommend a visit.
