Instead of a statue of St. Paul, the main altar features a statue of St. Joseph with the Divine Infant (the latter attributed to Quattrocchi). For this reason, the church was supposed to be dedicated to St. Joseph, but the brothers opposed it, naming it St. Paul, after the original name of the oratory.
