A very beautiful, recently restored church with paintings by Ligari and Gavazzeni. Also in Monastero is a beautiful altarpiece depicting the Immaculate Conception and a Madonna frescoed by Gavazzeni. The church would require restoration. A very religious and conservative community, it has been somewhat neglected lately.

Typical Valtellinese village church dating back to the thirteenth century, with valuable ornaments and frescoes, it is worth a visit inside.
