A church from the early 17th century located in the small village of Lavina in the Taleggio Valley, easily accessible from both Bergamo and Milan. This small oratory is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, and her feast day is celebrated every year on August 13th.

Small church located in the hamlet of Lavina, unfortunately it was closed when we passed by. The surrounding environment is certainly characteristic and silent.

In this small, now uninhabited village, there is one of the few churches where you can still find the Madonna "dressed," with a dress with gold stitching, unlike the modern ones which are painted statues.
