The church was built in 1300 and expanded in 1500. The facade of the church is Gothic in style and features a portal with a pointed arch. The interior of the church has a single nave with a cross vault and features numerous works of art, including a statue of Saint Francis of Assisi and a canvas depicting the Madonna del Carmine.
