The Church of San Cataldo is located on the edge of the old town. Construction began in 1772 based on suggestions by Antonio Angrisani and plans by Giuseppe Palmieri, and was completed by Antonio Antelmi in 1783. It was consecrated in 1788. The façade is in the Baroque style, with a harmonious arrangement of pilasters and cornices.
