Very special place in Francavilla Angitola South Italy must see

Going down towards the lower part of the centre, we notice the church of S. Foca, built on the foundations of a Norman castle, entirely destroyed by the earthquake of 1783. Inside, it is well preserved and cared for. The small square in front of Piazza S. Foca is charming, welcoming among the little houses of the village.
