A beautiful cathedral in the historic center of Ugento. The upper part on the right, where the choir and organ are located, is truly magnificent. It's illuminated at night, making it even more beautiful. Light a candle with a small donation.

Very beautiful BUT: The white of the redone columns stands out above everything else. At least a sand color that matches better would be desirable. Inside, the baroque style is more modern (unfortunately).

Beautiful cathedral in a beautiful square... I recommend going there in the evening after dark, there's a special atmosphere... There's a fantastic beer garden with outdoor tables where you can eat at normal prices and enjoy the view... unforgettable... In the street behind is the castle with a breathtaking 5* hotel restaurant!
