In Craveggia's central square, to the right of the parish church, stands the isolated baptistery. Built in 1708 as the tomb of the Garbagni family, it has an octagonal shape. It was converted to its current function in 1835. Inside, it houses a permanent nativity scene, and outside, frescoes by the painter Lorenzo Peretti.
