This is one of the main churches in Trento. It was erected in the sixteenth century over the ruins of churches dating back to Roman times. The church has an impressive collection of renaissance art. It is certainly worth a visit when you are in town.

A magnificent basilica in the heart of Trento. Built in the early 16th century, its interior is worth the visit. Of particular interest is the black altar with three different languages on it. Highly recommended.
