One of the most evocative places in the entire region. It's a shame it's completely abandoned, despite signs dating back to 2006 announcing restoration work. In theory, it would even be impossible to access (the gates are barred—but there's a way in). The place arouses emotion and anger at the mismanagement of our cultural treasures.
