A church, from the outside it looks like a monument, empty inside, needs attention as it is on the verge of collapse, but it is worth the visit. The surrounding area in nature, makes the landscape magical.

Historical abandoned church of (Old) Platanos with different construction dates. Unfortunately abandoned and looted. Despite this, its construction is impressive.

There's much to discover; the church walls are well preserved. The nave and bell tower, along with some surrounding buildings, are certainly still useful for one purpose or another.
