This is a beautiful holy church and well worth visiting, to pray and to see the frescos and history. Unfortunately, the guardian of the shrine is a very unpleasant woman who shouts, screams and can’t wait to get you out - and then shouts …

Nice church. But u have to ask the girl in the coffee shop next to it for the key. She’ll open it and wait til u finish looking. There r also some postal cards for sale. Also no photo allowed inside.

A single-nave church dated to 1300. They were created on the ruins of an early Christian basilica from the 4th century, from which mosaics have survived. In the church frescoes from the fourteenth-fifteenth century.
