It's free. Nothing special but not a bad way to kill an hour if you are already in the area. Mainly just the perimeter is still standing. There are few interesting artifacts from Byzantines and Ottomans inside. It seems to only be open Fri - Sun

Definitely worth visiting. Free entrance. Little museum with fantastic sculptures from Venetian times and interesting history panels in Greek and English. Beautiful viewpoint over South bay of Kalkida/Chalcis.

Entrance is free and the museum visit is also free. The view on both side is beautiful, children need to be attended all the time as the stone stairs,pathways and castle edges are not protected. Definitely worth visiting!
