One of the greatest and most beautiful istorical places and religion diamonds in Thessaloniki. Beautiful environment and peaceful underground place with holly water. Across the church of Agia Sofia, this is absolutely must visit istorical monument, as for the foreigners, same way and for the locals and Greeks.

Beautiful spot with historical significance. Must see, whether you're Christian, or not, local or not. Free to visit & easy to find. I went on Tuesday at 2:30 pm and the site was already closing even though it's supposed to close at 3 pm. Still got to look around though, the lady there was super friendly.
