Nice view of the mountains, there is a small exhibition, a small shop selling cheese, wine and church paraphernalia and a WC. Women are expected not to wear pants, there are skirts available for the visit near the entrance.

Very beautiful monastery. A really peaceful place with well maintained gardens in a very special location. Visit it to enjoy the amazing view of Thessaly plain. It is quite close to Plastira's lake and a few km from Neochori, the most touristic village of the lake. Highly recommended.
