The bell rings every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Why? I'm supposed to observe my midday quiet time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., but the church is allowed to wake me and everyone else nearby every 15 minutes at 2 a.m. How am I supposed to sleep? Why isn't that a disturbance? Truly annoying and exhausting!!
