Gars is an ancient, picturesque town located directly on the Inn River. The church is very early Baroque, with quite unique Renaissance choir stalls. The tombs of the provost of Gars and several noblemen from the 15th century are extremely worth seeing. Unfortunately, everything is in need of some renovation.
