St.-Anna-Kapelle
St.-Anna-Straße 12, 88069 Tettnang, Germany
St.-Anna-Kapelle is a chapel located in Tettnang.
The St. Anne's field chapel was deconsecrated around 1812 and sold, except for its furnishings. Among these furnishings was the bell from the tower. Afterwards, the chapel was used as a storage room, carriage shed, and sheepfold. Following restoration, it was rededicated in 1952. This eventful history explains the chapel's simplicity.
It became a beautiful church. ...It recently stood in a park...and is now surrounded by concrete...the architectural sins of the Liebenau Foundation can be admired here...the Liebenau Foundation is allowed to do anything in the area under …
Quite inconspicuous and simple chapel, both inside and out.
