Where once the roaring Wismut machines tore through the rock in the Lichtenberg open-cast mine in search of uranium, a place of contemplative peace has now been created. Saint Barbara, the patron saint of miners, is naturally present here. "Good luck" to the Wismut miners of old. ⚒️
