What can I say about my Friedenskirche (Peace Church) in Wiesmoor? I was baptized and confirmed here, and married my Elke here. I love this church. Built in 1930, it's a very simple church. I like things like that. It's brick-clad on the outside. Plain white on the inside. It focuses on the essentials! I really like it!

Quiet location surrounded by greenery, yet centrally located in the village. All visitors are personally greeted at the church gate. Ample parking is available. The church interior is bright and welcoming. The younger generation is underrepresented, except on occasions like today's confirmation.
