The church is hundreds of years old. Next to Igel saule monolith (under cover and scaffold when we visited). The church was open and very cool to visit. They were preparing for a burial outside later that day. My Great Grandfather, Peter Reinert was baptized here in the 1850s.

Lovely, silent place to have a walk around. The view is great to the hills from the backyard. There's a community garden just below the church. Don't skip this POI if you have already decided to visit the Igeler Seule.
