Baroque church from 1722 designed by the Architect Asam. the Highlight is the main Altar representing the Assumption of Mary. when you see it with your eyes, you feel the Sculptures are alive. the ceiling, the side altars and everything here will take your breath away.

In the heart of Lower Bavaria's hop country, Rohr is home to one of the Asam churches. A beautiful church and well worth a visit; the Asam brothers, sculptors, stucco artists, painters, and architects, created a gem.
